Aneesa Rasool Childbirth Educator & Doula Childbirth Educator
HypnoBirthing Antenatal Classes, providing birth support and infant massage cla I believe the well-being of the family is key.

I am a qualified Hypnobirthing Practitioner, Doula and Infant Massage Instructor. Through my services I support young mothers’ journey into motherhood, empowering them to enjoy the miracle of birth. As a wife and mother of two myself, I know the challenges of balancing work and family and understand the tension between the joys and woes of motherhood. In the delivery room, I use my qualifications

as a Hypnobirthing practitioner to achieve calm in my patients. Hypnobirthing prepares expectant parents mentally, physically and emotionally for the birth of their child, assisting in creating the environment for a relaxed, stress-free birth. Once the baby is born, infant massaging can help to carry the calm and joy of those first moments further into life. A cultural parenting tradition widespread in India and Africa, infant massaging is now also gaining popularity in the western world. “It is language through touch”. It helps the bonding between mother and child, and the gentle strokes improve the baby’s circulation, muscle tone and immune system development. I know that peace of mind comes as a mother’s understanding of her child grows. My practice can help increase a mother’s confidence – a trait which is important in facilitating learning of how to soothe a baby and boost infant development.
“It’s tough right from the start, as new parents you will find yourself living for those ‘magic moments’ when your child takes her first step, score his first soccer goal or just randomly tells you she loves you. But the anxiety of not knowing what to expect during your pregnancy, the fear of actually giving birth, and the desperation of not knowing what to do in those first weeks can be exhausting.” I know the worry of a young mother well: the urge to protect and do right by one’s child. “I often found myself longing for a little extra support - someone to help me be the best mom I could be.” That exactly is at the core of my pre- and postnatal services: support that empowers.

I’m not a make-up kinda girl…but I love my pink lipstick n eye pencil n sunblock… I very rarely use make-up… so today I used some foundation before my zoom meeting to hide a burn mark that was a result of a treatment…
I go to Sameer to say check mum can you make out I’m using make-up… I looks so superficial… like thick layers…

Sameer: mum you forget… I have already seen your thick layers…

Me: you think you funny… 🤨😏go scratch…🤦‍♀️🙈🤣🤣

As for Zubair he thought he will be a comedian and make faces at me through the glass door…🤪
