Have you picked a present yet? ... well here’s an idea 🎁
Mothers are such silent heroes; and their backs and shoulders even more so! The state in which I find some of these said shoulders 😖 after holding babies for years, and falling asleep in awkward positions as to not wake them up, and breastfeeding... phew! I salute you warriors 👸🏻
I won’t be able to celebrate this day with my mother due to obvious current world circumstances but it would be my honor to treat yours.

Here’s getting her 120min Full Body session on Friday...
treating her makes me a little nervous every time 🙊 She is a fascia release QUEEN. As in, that’s what she actually does and has done for many years. First time she booked a session with me I had no idea who I was going to see, and when I walked into her studio and I realized what she does for a living I almost peed in my pants 🤣
But here we are.
I treat her, she treats me (and makes me cry and laugh outta control) we drink wine after sessions... and share journeys and I could not be more grateful for it.

Are you ready for this?
So for everyone who was unable to book a session because there is never peace and quiet at home, or because I couldn’t get to you due to distance/logistics... I am now so happy to tell you that you can come to get your fascia release therapy done with breathtaking views of Hout Bay, right by the ocean and watching dolphins play outside 🧡
A pretty magical place to come and relax, disconnect from daily madness and reconnect with yourself.
And since I won’t be spending as much time traveling it means I can also see you hard working bees after hours 😊

I am so excited to do what I love in this beautiful setting 🙏🏽

It’s finally happening!
I am now offering 120mins full body sessions.
If you’ve read a little bit about what I do then you know fascia NEEDS TIME to release; so my treatments are something similar to deep tissue but WAY slower, and that is why in order for me to feel okay with doing a full body session I had to settle for two hours.
I know you want to know how much the session costs but the prices vary according to where you live/how far I need to travel or if you would rather come to me... so, I promise I reply if you get in touch 😊👐🏽 we can chat and make arrangements

Can you believe it? It’s December!!! I certainly can’t 😅

The treatments are in the safety of your home and they’re approximately 90mins long.
The massage is equally deep as it is gentle, so you’re still able to drift off, meditate, sleep or whatever your soul desires to.
*The sessions are valid for 5 months and you are welcome to use some as Gift Vouchers during this festive season.
**Cancellation policy: 50% of the rate when cancelling 24hs before the appointment. 100% of the rate when cancelling on the same day of the appointment.
***If you wish to have a full body treatment, you can use 2 sessions in one go. That’s right.. almost 3 hours of massage. I wouldn’t recommend any big plans after one of these 🥴
