Because CBD is fat-soluble, coconut oil makes a great carrier to distribute it in the body. Besides that, coconut oil is itself also an antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and great for heart health. Dosage: For topical use, apply liberally 3 or more times a day. Internally: Liquify the CBD & coconut oil in warm water, then use a syringe to measure.
