The practice currently has six full-time members, including psychologists, a physiotherapist, and a creative arts therapist.

The consulting room includes a small kitchenette with cupboard storage space and a private attached bathroom.

The practice also offers:
A welcoming waiting area with a front-of-house assistant

• A shared kitchen

• Ample parking is available in a big parking lot across the practice. There is a security car guard.

The room is currently sublet by three practitioners, who would be happy to continue subletting if the incoming tenant is not looking to use the space full-time.

The practice is well positioned for referrals, located close to Akeso, Crescent clinic, and several surrounding psychiatrists and GP practices in the area.

Today I had the privilege of co-presenting alongside my colleagues from UWC at the very first BWRT Congress in Africa. 🌍✨

We shared our work on BWRT as a responsive, brief-term intervention for student mental health at UWC, and it was an incredible experience to be part of such an inspiring platform.

The congress brought together brilliant mental health professionals from around the world, offering informative and thought-provoking presentations. It was wonderful to see BWRT explored from so many different perspectives and areas of practice.

Here’s to continuous learning, growth, and innovation in mental health care. 💙

Happy Women’s Day 2025 🌸💪

WOMEN - you are celebrated— the ones thriving, the ones struggling with their physical or mental health, family, or life’s challenges, and every woman in between. You are seen, you are valued, and you matter.

Yesterday, I took part in the Totalsports Women’s Race — 10km of showing up for women from all walks of life. It wasn’t easy, but the stunning scenery and the way women encouraged one another along the way was truly heartwarming. Women cheering for women — that’s the energy we need every day.

May we continue to build each other up because there is more than enough space for everyone to shine. Women face unique challenges that only other women often truly understand… so let’s stand together, lift one another, and walk this journey side by side.
