These moments captured during my Blue Belt Nia Intensive with the radiant Susan Sloan are more than just photos—they are fragments of a deep re-membering.

The Blue Belt is a journey of communication and connection—not only in the way we move, but in how we express, listen, feel, and embody our truth. Every beat, every breath, every barefoot step during that week was a return to my essence.
