Did you know most people quit a new program just after 19 days?

Not because they're lazy...
But because their brain wants to go back to what feels familiar - even if familiar means being stuck.

Here's the truth 👉 Falling off track isn't about discipline, it is about identity. If you see yourself as "inconsistent" or someone who "always quits," your brain will fight your progress every time.

Once you believe your are the person who can stick to a routine and make things happen because you are a priority - you will.

Don't let day 19 be the end. Make it the beginning.

Am I confident that our training will prep you for this event? YES 💛 You just need to program some running into your weekly schedule and you'll be good to go.

Team of Two - Share stations (split burpees, lunges etc) and both will run 400m between stations.

Solo - Do it all by yourself

Why is self-affirmation important?

Because the way you speak to yourself matters-more than you probably realise.

If every time you slip up or feel off track, your default is “I’ve failed” or “I can’t do this,” you’re constantly reinforcing a mindset that holds you back. Self-affirmation isn’t about random quotes or pretending everything’s perfect, it’s about building a stronger internal dialogue that actually supports your goals.

The more you affirm what you're capable of “I’m getting stronger,” “I can do hard things,” “This one moment doesn’t define me” the more likely you are to stay consistent, bounce back after setbacks, and actually believe in the change you're making.

♥️You can have the best plan in the world, but if the voice in your head is working against you, progress will always feel like a struggle.

What you repeat to yourself becomes what you act on-so make it count.
