🛑ARE YOU RECEIVING THE RIGHT LYMPHATIC TREATMENT TECHNIQUES ??🛑

An effective treatment consists of various gentles techniques such as :

- Superficial Massage
- Gentle cupping Massage
- Hot stone massage
- and Dry Cupping

All of these techniques encourage and improve lymphatic drainage and circulation.

It is also highly recommended to follow up with a few exercises at home like :

- Gentle Dry brushing 🧽
- Exfoliating 🛁
- Legs up against the wall at 45 degrees for 5-10min 🦵🏽
- Regular cardio 2-3 time a week for 20-30min 🏃‍♀️
- AND LOTS OF WATER 💦

Your Lymph nodes are very superficial hence a lymphatic treatment should never be done vigorously or with too much pressure!
