We had the incredible lead several sauna journey’s with us at Retreat Yourself, showing us how heat, cold, and breath are our the teachers.🔥🧊💨

A sauna journey is no ordinary session, with some expert instruction we join a cohesive atmosphere quickly, focusing our beings and letting ourselves be carried through the wisdom of the teacher.✨

And just like that, the weekend is over!

Another phenomenal Retreat Yourself is in the rearview mirror and we are left with the joy and the smiles to carry forward with.

We are grateful to be able to attend and share our offering these past few years there.
Thank you to the organizers for doing an amazing job, the patrons who bring the energy, and all the vendors, facilitators, performers and collaborators that spark new experiences in our lives.

We partnered with over the weekend to bring a little extra sweetness to the sauna ✨🍫

Their artisanal chocolates were an absolute client favourite the perfect indulgent treat after a session of heat, connection and relaxation.

We felt nothing but love walk through our doors. Thank you to everyone who chose to celebrate with us ❤️

What a beautiful reminder of what happens when women gather with intention✨

We began in the warmth of the sauna, the outside world gently fading.
The heat invited release and the ocean reset our nervous systems.

As the sun shifted and the evening settled in, we moved into our sound healing journey. The vibrations of crystal bowls, gentle chimes and grounding tones wash through, allowing each to drop deeper into their body.🧘

We are honoured and grateful to provide a place for these monthly rituals and for all of you that come to exhale, be witnessed and (re)connect with yourself and others walking their own paths of growth and healing.🔥
