Childhood trauma that leaves a feeling of not being good enough leads to limiting beliefs that affect our drive in making healthy choices later on in life.

This personal goal statement, created with a recent client of mine, and now anchored in her subconscious mind through the process of PSYCH-K allowed her to take her power back to choose differently and begin to make the healthy changes she so desperately wanted to make.

I VAUE MY SELF
BY JUST BEING

When we value our uniqueness, our Divine essence, we begin to relax into BEing.
We stop trying to be like others or do as we think we should to be accepted.
Anxiety, conflict and resentment disappear.

We tend to want to take that part of us that we see is creating unhappiness and fix it but all that wounded part of us needs is healing through acceptance and acknowledgment that it doesn't define us.
