Dr Pedro is a young, dynamic general practitioner and family man. He is married to his best friend, the beautiful Carlyn Pedro and they were blessed with two children. He was born in Worcester and has his roots firmly planted in the countryside. After qualifying as a Medical Doctor in 2004, Dr Pedro served the various communities of Kwazulu-Natal and the Western Cape respectively. Thereafter he decided to gain experience in various international health systems by working in countries such as The Republic of Ireland, Angola and Mongolia. During these international ventures, he worked for large reputable companies such as International SOS, VHI Healthcare and Centric Health. Dr Pedro thus has extensive knowledge working with medical assistance companies doing medical evacuations and working with large corporations to ensure effective occupational health risk profiling as well as implementing preventative medicine initiatives. Dr Pedro provides an innovative approach to the provision of quality primary healthcare. His mission is to promote a healthy mind, body and spirit with a human touch. It is this holistic approach that ensures that Dr Pedro does not compromise on the quality care of his patients. Dr Pedro provides a wide spectrum of accessible and innovative general medical services. These services are proactive and responsive to local needs and include providing community healthcare services, urgent care, health screening, diagnostic services and the treatment of chronic conditions including diabetes.
