It can be linked to depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, ADHD, and poor study habits. Research has also shown that procrastination is closely linked to rumination, or becoming fixated on negative thoughts. Here are 5 easy steps to beat it.

First, Identify Your Triggers. Notice what distracts you and eliminate or minimize these distractions.
