The terms Kung Fu/Wushu can be translated to denote ‘achievement through great effort’. Today, we use these terms to refer to all forms of Chinese Martial Arts – a system of styles developed over centuries to holistically enhance physical, internal and mental health. At the IKLWC, we offer online and limited face to face due to Cohvid: Shaolin Sanda (Chinese Kickboxing) Wing Chun Tai Chi Qigong (Meditation) Chinese medicine: Acupuncture Herbs Cupping Moxibustion Therapy Massage - Tui Na The classes and programs offered at the IKLWC will provide you with the opportunity to understand the complexities and technical aspects of the arts through regular training. As our emphasis exceeds physicality and includes health preservation, both internal and external styles of training can yield the same results.
