Breathwork is definitely a TOP 10 favourite of mine. I have found it to be a profoundly healing experience ~ for body, mind and soul. Whether my experience is physical, mental, or emotional, I always find my way to a deep and magical spiritual / soul connection that feels like coming home.

But each person experiences it differently and each experience feels different. Come and give it a try.

It is a truly powerful modality and is helping people all over the world work with whatever is blocking them living their best lives.

Radical acceptance:

Take some time for yourself: just allow yourself to be with, to see and accept whatever comes up. Radical acceptance. Not approval, but an allowing yourself to be with whatever is arising.

Shapes come and go.
Flexibility changes.
Strength fluctuates.

But the skill of paying attention, to breath, sensation, effort, and emotion, stays with us.

As teachers, this is what we’re really cultivating.
Not perfect alignment.
Not impressive range.
But awareness that transfers beyond the mat.

Stretching is the most visible part, not the most important one.

Yoga trains how you breathe under load.
How your joints organize instead of collapse.
Where your attention goes when things get challenging.

Strength and control aren’t about forcing shape.
They’re about staying integrated while you move.

Grounding is the through line.
If you feel connected to the floor and your breath, the rest organizes itself.

That’s what practice is really building.

Are you running on empty? Do you feel out of control? Does life overwhelm you most of the time? You may be functioning in survival mode. We offer a number of options that will help you move from chaos to calm.

BodySensing, offered by Teresa Rubé, is a somatic movement practice that helps regulate the nervous system. It is a trauma-informed therapy that works on a physiological level to shift long-held patterns and invite healing from your heart. You are guided through gentle movements that tap into the body’s natural ability to heal.

Trauma Release Exercises, offered by Marléne Nunes is a subtle, yet powerful therapy that guides the body to release trauma in a natural way. Marléne can help you in a private session or in group sessions several times per month.
