About CPOA

A non-profit organization with over 60 years of experience in the retirement industry, CPOA offers retirees a wide range of living options developed with various lifestyles and budgets in mind.

Catering to the needs of those who require independent living, care levels or full-time care, our selection of apartments, cottages and Care Centres dotted throughout the Cape are available on either a rental basis (where available) or on a Life Right basis.

As CPOA’s founding mission was to provide housing to those older retirees who did not have the financial means to adequately care for themselves, our 6 welfare homes fulfil this exact need and provide full-time care to their residents.

With an extensive property portfolio, including over 25 retirement properties ranging from welfare homes to upmarket developments, CPOA has over the years become the Cape’s “Retirement Specialist”.
