CPOA offers value and a variety of options and services with regards to retirement.

Our facilities boast picturesque and tranquil surroundings, security, peace of mind and setting retirees seek when planning their retirement destination. A non-profit organization with over 60 years of experience in the retirement industry, CPOA offers retirees a full range of retirement options to suit all lifestyles. These include independent living, care levels and frail care in our Care Centres. CPOA offers two types of accommodation options to those looking for retirement living; retirees can opt to settle for a rental agreement or, alternatively, those with access to capital can opt to procure a Life Right. With an extensive property portfolio, including over 25 retirement properties ranging from welfare homes to upmarket developments, CPOA has over the years become the Cape’s “retirement specialist”.

A non-profit organization with over 60 years of experience in the retirement industry, CPOA offers retirees a wide range of living options developed with various lifestyles and budgets in mind.

Catering to the needs of those who require independent living, care levels or full-time care, our selection of apartments, cottages and Care Centres dotted throughout the Cape are available on either a rental basis (where available) or on a Life Right basis.

As CPOA’s founding mission was to provide housing to those older retirees who did not have the financial means to adequately care for themselves, our 6 welfare homes fulfil this exact need and provide full-time care to their residents.
