Energy Psychology Energy Psychology We are who we are in community. Energy psychology is about allowing our energy to articulate that sense of community. We are all one.

We all know the truth. If we have the spiritual maturity to allow our psychology of mind to be expressed through our energy, we can achieve leaps and bounds in our psychological health in brief and short interventions. All our bodily dis-ease is a sign from our psychology of mind or bodymind that points to blockages in our energy system. Energy psychology is akin to achieving the progress of several months of psychological treatment in an hour long session, by listening to the messages that our bodies are leaving in bodily aches and pains which are signs to energy blockages. By paying attention to the clear messages our bodies send us, we can ascertain where blockages are. Consequently by logging into community or the collective unconscious our bodies will clearly articulate the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual beliefs or mis-beliefs that cause these physical and emotional hardships. With mindful attention to our bodies’ we can gently clear these mis-beliefs manifest in bodily dis-ease using simple techniques of energy psychology.
