Bootcamp.

The buzzword a couple of years ago. It's been just over 10 years that I started a group based exercise class for my patients / clients that needed to be under supervision to achieve their exercise / strength / fitness goals.

The class remained small with attention to technique, load, and modification. Everybody does the same work, but not everyone has the same cues due to their level of competency.

It is true progressive overload. We focus on getting the basics right and perfect that over time for really carry over into sport and life.

Who's it for? Anyone and everyone. The elite athlete to the working mom. The carryover you will witness in your everyday tasks and sporting activities.
