- No order will be despatched without written confirmation of order, and proof of payment of order, sent via e-mail.
- No order will be released without confirmation of funds.
- Please arrange your own transport, or alternatively transport cost will be added to your invoice.
- Discounts on above prices are negotiable on quantity - please call to discuss.
- Labour for repairs are charged at R600 per hour or part there of .
- A minimum fee of R500 will be charged for repair investigations for units that are out of warranty

- Capital equipment (items with a serial number) carries a 1 year guarantee from date of sale.
- Cancelled orders or incorrect items ordered will attract 10% handling charge.
- Please return the stock within 15 days of sale in an intact state with original packing and accessories .
- Medical equipment with no serial numbers that is faulty must be returned within 30 days of invoice(guarantee period).
