Your lymphatic system plays a powerful role in keeping your body healthy, it supports your immune system, reduces inflammation, and helps flush out toxins that your body doesn’t need.
A healthy lymphatic flow also supports breast tissue health by preventing stagnation and promoting natural detoxification. Yet, so many of us live with blocked lymphatic flow caused by stress, dehydration, tight clothing, or lack of movement.
Simple ways to support your lymphatic system:
Move your body daily (walking, yoga, rebounding, stretching)
Stay hydrated with electrolytes
