🎀 Breast Cancer Awareness Month 🩷

Taking a few minutes each month could make all the difference. Here’s how to do a self-check:

1️⃣ In the Mirror
Stand with shoulders straight and arms on your hips. Look for any changes in size, shape, or skin (dimpling, redness, swelling).
2️⃣ Raise Your Arms
Lift your arms overhead and check again for the same changes.
3️⃣ Look for Fluid
Gently check ni***es for any discharge (watery, milky, yellow, or blood).
4️⃣ Lying Down
Use your right hand to examine your left breast and vice versa. With the pads of your fingers, press gently in small circles from the outer breast toward the ni**le. Cover the whole area — top to bottom, side to side.
5️⃣ Standing or Shower Check
when skin is wet, it’s easier to feel. Use the same
circular motion across the entire breast and
armpit area.
