My nutrition plan is SIMPLE.
I have done all of the thinking and planning for you. I give you all the tools and knowledge you need to clean up your diet and adopt healthy, SUSTAINABLE eating habits!!!
This plan is NOT a diet. There is nothing fad about this. This plan WORKS because it can be sustained for the rest of your life - but - that is up to YOU.
Good nutrition is not what a lot of people think it is. My guidelines will advise what to look out for, helping you becoming more MINDFUL of what we put into our bodies. When we eat mindfully- the magic happens, it’s amazing to see☀️
On this plan, weight loss is NOT the goal. But if it’s weight loss you are looking for, you WILL see this as a benefit.
