I am very excited to let you know that I will be presenting a talk at the Wynberg Pilates Studio, 18 Mortimer Road, on Saturday 4 March at 9:30am.
I am passionate about wellness and healing. My talk will focus on the 7 pillars of health that I strongly believe in and digestive and gut issues.

Tip for the day - Before you eat or drink anything, ask yourself "Is this harming my body or healing it".
So many states of ill health can be prevented and treated by changing what you eat and filling you body with good, healthy food.

As you all know, cupping therapy is one of my favorite tools to assist with healing and relaxation. This fantastic therapy is a non-invasive procedure used for its curative properties to stimulate blood flow, loosen muscles and aid lymphatic drainage. This deep tissue therapy is used to assist in tight muscles as well as promote blood flow to body tissues and drain excess fluids which results in healing.

So for the month of May I am running a special for the ladies as a treat for Mothers day.... Gentlemen you are more than welcome to indulge as well :)

It is the start of a new year... 2015 is here! I am not a fan of New Year resolutions as I have rarely seen them survive past January but I do believe in having a goal, putting it into practice and seeing the end result.
