Dr Riggien has recently moved from PE and is now based in Durbanville. He has been in practice for 21 years and has a special interest in shockwave Therapy. His holistic approach includes shockwave therapy, electric massage therapy, nutritional advice and exercise/rehabilitation programmes to aid in faster recovery.

Dr Riggien is the only chiropractor based in the Western Cape that is qualified to treat animals. His list of animal patients include horses, dogs, cats, bunnies, donkeys, cows and others.
