Whether you are a wellness coach, massage therapist, holistic health practitioner, doula, midwife or a caring sister, you'll walk away with essential information to offer steaming safely, effectively and with confidence!

In addition to the training you'll have the option to join the Yoni Steam Collective that offers ongoing support; access to steaming equipment; supply of steaming herbs and a place to share your journey whilst building community.

Yoni Steaming supports women to resolve menstrual pathologies and women transitioning through peri/menopause.
Over the last 9 years I've seen time and time again how this ancient practice supports women back to balance.

This is an invitation to come be resourced and nurtured. To learn and experience various breast massage techniques to use at home in your self-care practice.

There are multiple physical and emotional health benefits of breast massage!

In this workshop we will meet you exactly where you find yourself, with utmost reverence and non-judgement.

Our aim is for you to recognise yes and no signals in your body.
From there you are able respond and meet your nervous system with full presence.
