Our foster Sonja Jennifer Jensen kitten family - it takes an incredible amount of dedication to feed and look after these little ones - thank you Toyah Olivier for the kitten milk - these kittens will need homes shortly so please keep in mind if you looking to add a cat to your family.

Yes, our Weekly Classes Resume Outdoors in KEURBOOM PARK (Rondebosch) on TUESDAY, 18th January : 5.30-6.45pm ☀️
(With an Additional Online Class on FRIDAYS 7-8am)

🙏 Monthly rates are still R350 pcm, which entitles you to practice in both classes each week. R120 Drop-In rates.

Dear Neighbours 🐈‍⬛ 4 of my Totally Beautiful Male Foster Kittens are Ready for Adoption!
They are Super Sweet!! 😻 I took them in to foster after my female cat sadly passed away..
They must find their happy forever homes...so Please could you forward this to your near and dear? 🙏🏻 Viewing is in LOCH ROAD, LOWER CLAREMONT.

They are ready to be adopted this week at 7-8 weeks' old. They've had a stable and happy time with their two moms together and me, a human influence, around these past 6 weeks.

Their sister Moms were Feline AIDS Negative, so these kitties are too! And the good news is that the moms have found a home together!

Free, but only to good, stable homes!
😇NEUTERING will be arranged FREE OF CHARGE via "Help a Paw" - kitties will be picked up and dropped home again by SPCA at 3 Months
💕The First Vaccinations will also be arranged FREE OF CHARGE!

INTENTION : To give an introduction to what the ashtanga vinyassa yoga practise is : covering breathing, sun salutation breakdowns, and some of the postures in the sequence.

🙏 The practitioner will then feel more at ease if they'd like to then join in our regular Tuesday | Wednesday 6-7.15pm (or Friday morning 6.45-7.45am) Online classes in February.
