We’re passionate about supporting people to live independently in their own home and offer a range of home care services that are managed by highly-trained and caring professionals. Our services are always tailored to the needs of the individual we can be used on a daily, weekly or occasional basis. The support options we provide include: respite care, 24-hour live in support, help around the home, meal preparation, housekeeping and home management, personal care, companionship and lifestyle support. We provide support to people in many different settings – in hospital support, at home, and in residential or nursing homes. In all these settings, we aim to help people live as independently as possible. Many of the people in our care homes and day care centres are living with dementia. We are passionate about providing services and support to these residents and believe that our unique approach to dementia care helps each of our residents enjoy their life as much as possible.
