Qi Gong & Tai Chi are back LIVE

I am excited to re-commence with regular in-person classes, beginning this Friday with Tai Chi sessions in the Company Gardens beneath the gigantic yellowwood tree, & as of next week Tuesday in the basement studio of my practice at House of Holistic Health.

In accordance with the current regulations that apply to people meeting in public spaces, I ask that all participants in these classes wear a mask and maintain a reasonable physical distance to others.

I teach Qi Gong & Tai Chi from a Daoist Yin-Yang perspective, focusing on the principles of posture, breathing, & body mechanics of the joints through outward physical movements; and the mechanics of the connective tissues with inward functional, mental, & emotional movements.

Consequently, you will gain an ever-increasing awareness of self & corresponding self-control.

Classes are suitable for all levels of experience. No special equipment needed, simply wear loose comfortable clothing & flat-soled shoes.

The current weekly schedule is as follows:

Mondays 12:15 to 1 p.m.

Tuesdays 6:30 a.m. – 8 a.m.
Qi Gong Movement Meditation Class
