Fantastic high Court win for freedom to use complementary medisines

VICTORY FOR NATURAL HEALTH CHOICE IN SOUTH AFRICA - The TNHA recently led an Alliance of various stakeholders to challenge the lawfulness of the draconian "Complementary Medicines" regulations under the Medicines Act, which threatened to severely restrict the public's continued access to safe natural health products in South Africa. We have just received judgement in this landmark case, and have won a major victory for natural health product consumers, the patients who are prescribed natural remedies by natural health practitioners and the wider industry. Stay tuned for a summary of this important judgement.
