Dear lovely people
I offer this workshop because I love to dance and experience the transformative nature of Biodanza, leading me each time back to my Self.
Dancing helps us come home to ourselves because it invites us out of our heads and back into our living, breathing bodies. Through movement, we reconnect with sensation, rhythm, and emotion, remembering a language older than words. As the body moves freely, layers of tension soften, stories stored in the muscles begin to unwind, and we rediscover an inner sense of belonging. Dancing doesn’t ask us to perform or achieve—it asks us to listen. In this listening, we meet ourselves with honesty and compassion, grounded in the present moment, and rooted once again in who we truly are.
In Biodanza, this return is held and deepened through carefully chosen music, meaningful movement, and shared experience. The dances invite us into a direct relationship with life—awakening vitality, instinct, emotion, and affection. Rather than learning steps, we are invited to inhabit our bodies more fully and authentically, restoring trust in our natural rhythms. Through this embodied meeting, we come home not only to ourselves, but to a lived sense of connection, belonging, and shared humanity.
