Leandri Physiotherapy Physiotherapy aims to restore, maintain and maximize a patient’s physical strength, function, and motion and overall, improve quality of life.

Leandri Physiotherapy is a registered private practice with a passion for sports injuries located in the lovely The Palms Lifestyle and Décor Centre in Woodstock. Treatment of musculoskeletal injuries (joint, bone and soft tissue injuries), conditions which include:
• Sports injuries
o Muscular strains
o Ligament sprains
• Back and neck pain
• Peripheral joint pain
• Headaches
• Post-surgical conditions
• Poor ergonomics
o Postural problems
o Office related neck and back pain

Treatment includes:
• Dry needling
• Joint mobilisations
• Soft tissue mobilisations (ie. muscles, ligaments, tendons, fascia)
• Neural mobilisations
• Strapping
• Therapeutic exercises specific to patient
• Improving and maintaining optimal physical performance in preparing for a sports event
• Education and home advice on injury to decrease the chance of re-occurrence of an injury
• Pre and post-surgery rehabilitation
• Optimising home and work stations
