All of our support options are now held online, but with the same amount of professionalism and empathy.

Oh the joys of working from home, exercising from home, socializing from home, home schooling etc. If the cabin fever is getting you, take a break in the bathroom, do 5min of slow and deep breathing to calm your central nervous system, remind yourself of something that you are grateful for and focus on the feeling of thankfulness for more than 20 seconds.
