Something to think about....as we have all been trained in the past, to believe that depression is a chemical imbalance... Would it not be better to heal this phenomenon permanently through healthy lifestyle interventions rather than continue with the chemical interventions that never really bring relief but suppression, further depression and mental health challenges in the future...
