ADHD meltdowns can feel like your brain and body are suddenly out of sync.
Can you relate to this?

🎈 You withdraw or avoid situations because even small tasks feel impossible.
🎈 Your thoughts race so fast you can’t focus on anything.
🎈 You make impulsive decisions or snap at others without meaning to.
🎈 Organizing or prioritizing tasks feels overwhelming and frustrating.
🎈 Everyday sounds or sensations feel amplified and unbearable.
🎈 You freeze or get stuck when you need to start a task.
🎈 Irritability appears out of nowhere and surprises even you.
🎈 You fidget, pace, or feel restless even when trying to calm down.
🎈 Tense muscles, a tight jaw, or other physical tension build-up.

In these moments, your nervous system is signaling that it’s overloaded.

At Blue Sky Learning, our neurodiversity-affirming therapists and coaches help you:

βœ… Recognize early signs of overwhelm.
βœ… Build strategies to prevent or manage meltdowns.
βœ… Support your nervous system in sustainable ways.

You don’t have to navigate ADHD meltdowns alone.

Today we’re raising awareness of FND – Functional Neurological Disorder.

FND is a condition where the brain has difficulty sending and receiving signals correctly, which can lead to very real and often disabling symptoms.

These may include:
🧑 Seizures (non-epileptic seizures)
🧑 Tremor or limb weakness
🧑 Speech or movement difficulties
🧑 Dizziness, fatigue, and sensory symptoms

Although the symptoms are real and can be life-changing, FND is still widely misunderstood. Many people face long delays in diagnosis and limited access to support.

The more people understand FND, the easier it becomes for those living with it to be believed, diagnosed earlier, and supported properly.

If you or someone you know lives with FND, you are not alone.
