Meet the team - Part 2 🤝

Lianne is a dynamic and compassionate physiotherapist, on a mission to make a profound impact on the lives of her patients. She has an unwavering passion for sport and a desire to help others. Sport has played an integral role in her life, as she was an elite SA gymnast for 12 years 🤸‍♂️ Her own experiences with sports injuries fuelled her curiosity about the human body 🦵 This led her to pursue a physiotherapy career, where she honed her expertise to help individuals restore their overall health. Lianne invests time in building empathetic relationships with her patients. She listens attentively to their concerns, customizes treatment, and ensures they are actively involved in their own recovery.

Lianne has worked at several private practices. She has been involved with sports injury strapping and rugby field-side physiotherapy management for the last 6 years 🏉 She has worked with another local boy’s high school’s rugby teams as well as with the WP U21 side. She also completed a registrar program at WP rugby where she was responsible for the long-term rehabilitation of professional rugby players with severe injuries. She decided to further broaden her knowledge by enrolling in the MSc Exercise & Sports Physiotherapy degree at UCT, for which she is now a candidate 📚

Lianne aims to assist clients to return to their previous level of activity by improving their overall functionality through her expertise. With her leading the way, there’s no doubt that she will continue to inspire and empower those she treats 🤗
