I just want to say that Truv has worked wonders for my 10 year old daughter who is ADHD. After years of Focalin, Ritalin, and Adderall she is now drug free!! She has been on TruV for 7 months and it's been awesome. She was so under weight on the meds but is now at a healthy size!! Her doctor is so pleased he now recommends it for his patients who prefer to not take prescriptions!!

Looking back from where I've come from.....I can take stock of my now vs my then....It's truly amazing how much can be accomplished through consistency and sticking to ones goals.

At the beginning of this particular journey I started off diabetic....
After months of sticking with my programme......I can now say I'm off the diabetic meds, with the approval of my doctors...
