Our Story

Dr. Zoran Aleksic FCS (SA) Ophth, is an eye surgeon and Ophthalmologist specialising in cataract and laser refractive surgery (Lasik / PRK laser refractive surgery for far & near sightedness and astigmatism). Dr. Aleksic’s current practice is located in The Point Mall, Sea Point, Cape Town and performs procedures in the West Coast (Vredenburg), Southern Suburbs (Claremont), Atlantic Seaboard (Sea Point) and Cape Town CBD.

Short History

Dr. Aleksic graduated from Belgrade Medical School in 1991. Before specialising he was involved in provision of eye care in Pietermaritzburg (Edendale Hospital and Grey's Hospital) in the satellite unit of University of Natal's Medical School.

Dr. Zoran’s training involved: eye care provision in the post of registrar of Ophthalmology at Frere Hospital, East London. Completing specialist training at University of Cape Town, Groote Schuur Hospital and Red Cross Children's Hospital.
