Tehillah Centre Tehillah Community Collaborative was established in 1996 and is a non-governmental organization empowering & working nationally with communities.

Tehillah Community Collaborative is a multi-purpose centre based in Cape Town, South Africa. We are a full fledged drug rehabilitation centre with 13 years of experience in the field - helping people from all walks of life reclaim their lives out of the clutches of substance abuse. Tehillah runs a shelter, housing roughly 80 people - people of which are abused woman & children and also elderly people that have either been abandoned or have nowhere else to go.
