Back to basics: pilates • yoga • personal training At Back to Basics we offer Pilates, Yoga, Pilates Reformer, PT, Rehabilitation & Corporate lessons We stream 3 Pilates lessons per week.

At Back to Basics we offer a holistic range of services including Pilates, Yoga, Preggy Pilates and Yoga, Reformer training, Personal training, Rehabilitation, Women's self defense and Baby massage. Our studio is conveniently located in College House, Village Place, Parklands. (surrounds Blouberg and Tableview)

Pilates:
Back to Basics offers pilates and exercise therapy in Table View to a variety of clients from all age groups and fitness levels. Pilates exercises are holistically modified to suit the individual to accommodate injuries, muscle imbalances and fitness or rehabilitation goals. Classes are small and instructed by highly qualified Instructors in Pilates to ensure that expert attention is given to each client. Personal pilates training is also available at our studio in Table View, Cape Town, at your home or at the office. Receive the link in your inbox. Yoga:
Yoga has the ability to build strength, release tension, and create more flexibility in the entire body. The benefits of yoga can be experienced on many levels. On the physical level, you will gain strength, flexibility, coordination, and notice an increase in stamina and endurance as your body heals and becomes more balanced. Emotionally, you will become calmer. We offer Yoga classes and private instruction. Strengthen, stretch and release tension. Personal Training:

In case you missed it, we have a new instructor, Clinton, who is taking over Tamsin's classes as, unfortunately (for us), but fortunately (for her), she is leaving to go travelling. Clinton is a highly qualified Pilates instructor and, along with the Thursday 18H15 class, has also got an early bird class on Tuesday mornings at 07H00. Welcome again to Clinton and book your mat for the early Tuesday class if you haven't already!
