I use yoga as a form of moving meditation. I use to struggle with a crazy monkey mind and did not know how to switch my thoughts off. Yoga helps me to calm my mind and learn to acknowledge the thoughts that arise but not become attached to them. Sometimes all it takes is to take a moment to breathe and focus on your breath for a few minutes to calm that over active mind we all experience at times.
