The fields of Spiritual Mentor, Coaching, Astrology and Reiki, Tarot and Clairaudience intersect in various ways, primarily through their shared objective of assisting individuals in navigating life’s challenges, fostering self-awareness and promoting holistic well-being.
Practitioners in these fields either seek training and or have natural ability in working with energy and intuitive insight to facilitate healing and provide guidance. Practitioners often wear many hats and integrate multiple disciplines to offer a comprehensive service to their clients. Sage Heather is a Reiki practitioner, Astrologist, Tarot reader and Life Coach. Combining these practices allows for a comprehensive exercise in self-awareness, purpose, peace and understanding.
Purpose and Value
The truth will set you free. The only truth is that our path, whether by divine design, karma or happenstance is outside of our control.
The free will, found in religious texts extends itself to controlling how we choose to react. What we choose to believe, self-love and our spiritual philosophy.
Being conscious, self-aware, deciding to choose our internal dialog, creating our own internal voice is the difference between believing life’s lessons are punishment or lessons, gifts.
Astrology
Astrology and its history can be found everywhere, in ancient texts, Egyptology and even in the Bible. The human condition finds safety in continuation, change is avoided. There is only progress and education through change. Astrology is a useful tool, affording awareness, coupled with the ability to predict the ebb and flow of life’s cycles. Astrology provides a life map of the lessons along this life’s journey, how to navigate them and the ability to view these lessons for the blessings and gifts they are.
Numerology
Numerology is one of the ways the universe, spirit guides and higher self uses to communicate. From the date in which you took your first breath on this planet, to the number of the house you live in, cell number and car registration number, they are all messages. These numbers represent both where you are in life and the lesson you are on at the time of number association.
Every year you are alive represents meaning, learning to translate and understand the messages we receive every day, asking for answers when unsure of your next move, is the true meaning behind “ask and you shall receive”.
Life coaching
Life coaching, has in recent years become the more popular option when faced with existential crises. Coaching is a combination of action tools in developing self-awareness and developing the skills required in thought process management.
Most people have developed an unhealthy internal voice. This internal voice is the cause of the vast majority of the unhappiness we experience daily. The coaching required is to question this voice, its origin and realise that we own it, not the other way around.
This awareness leads to self-love, self-nurturing and a kinder world to live in.
Happiness, peace and love are an inside job. Developing the discipline to be kind and patient with oneself, allows the vibration of kindness and patients to be drawn towards us. Compassion and empathy, this is the world we all wish to life in, it begins with us.
About the coach
My crazy extraordinary journey leading me to this platform in my life, has most definitely covered every possible human experience, leading me on a never-ending journey of research and practice. In my determination to make sense of it all, I have studied traditionally, studied unconventionally learned mostly the hard way, everything I am sure of today.

I have undertaken two coaching courses, one in Gauteng, under the tutelage of Reg Reynolds a truly gifted coach and mentor. The focus of this course centered around change management and how what we believe effects our health, both mental and physical.
This developed into an interest in energy, vibrations and ancient spiritual wisdom, leading me to doing my Reiki 1and Reiki 2 with the USUI system of natural healing.
Tarot is another tool I use when specific questions are requiring direction.
NLP (neurolinguistic programming) additionally part of the basket of tools available to provide the best product, depending on individual requirements.
The last coaching course I completed, being the most traditional education, I have experienced, was the University of Cape Town’s coaching course. I undertook this course in 2021.
Additionally, I am a Rife Machine practitioner. The fear of life can develop and manifest into an actual health condition.
This is in no way to be considered a medical solution. The battle between the medical industry and believers of the benefits of sound and vibration frequency on the body, has been going on for over 100 years.
What to expect
There are two methods to book a session, one would be the conventional consultation at my home and place of business. The other being over a zoom appointment. The consultation fee is R1500.00 Once the booking has been secured, I will require some information to streamline the discovery period, being:
Chosen name, Date and place of birth and time of birth if available.
The purpose for the consultation, for example a specific question, a general reading or health concern.
The booking will be two hours long:
Morning from 10am to 12pm
Afternoon from 2pm to 4pm.
