A 5-week journey Holding Space: creative Therapy for Grief 🌿

Join my compassionate creative therapy class, where you'll find a safe and empathetic environment to explore your grief journey. Through different creative excercises, sharing, and reflection, I'll honor your unique experience and support your healing process.

No art skills needed – just an open heart & Willingness to want to heal.💛
