Its better to snack than to eat large meals. Health Island has developed and assembled a range of incredible, NATURAL SNACKS and healthy drinks. We seek to remedy the ‘junk food addiction’ by providing graze food that tastes great, is nutritious, staves off hunger, feeds the body and mind, keeps blood sugar stable, prevents sudden fluctuations in energy and hopefully improves concentration and mood. You (really) are what you eat. Health Island vending machines can be found in businesses, gyms, hospitals, schools / learning institutions, call centres, hotels – virtually any place where there are at least 250 people in the vicinity per day.
