Emphasis is placed on Alternative means of healing with the idea that we create our own dis-ease and therefore can change it. If you feel "stuck" in a world of chronic pain and know that your life needs to be looked at, then you have come to the right place. A Spiritual approach is used in conjunction with various methods of Healing based on each client's personal needs. I perform REIKI, use EFT techniques, Guided imagery, Shamanic healing methods to mention a few; all of which will assist you in empowering yourself and attaining a higher quality of life. A totally different approach to many dis-eases.
2021 - In light of the ongoing pandemic we currently find ourselves in - I am also able to assist with everyday anxiety and depression. A helping hand when you feel "out of touch"...You are never alone! See your world through different eyes and live your Truth.

This is the kind of therapy that is much needed in society today! I have updated my page and am not quite finished yet; however, I have many creative ideas for this page, which I am sure you will find beneficial. I have changed my page name as I am building on my existing qualifications and will be using multiple approaches to help my clients. This will be revealed soon. I have been absent for a while as we have moved into a beautiful home,🙏 and this has kept me away from my Internet access, but I am back and will be available online to help those whose Energy connects with mine. I haven't been able to post any messages for quite awhile now. I apologise, however after the chaos comes calm and now is as good a time as any to continue with my quest.
