Last Saturday we gathered to celebrate the wonderful women of Woodside - with flowers on the tables, tokens of appreciation in hand, and enough delicious food to make sure no one left without a full heart (and a full tummy!).

Who says gentle movement can’t be joyful? Our residents had an absolute ball playing balloon tennis, and it’s more than just fun and games!

Balloon tennis is a safe, low-impact activity that supports:
- Hand-eye coordination
- Joint mobility
- Cardiovascular health
- Social connection and mental stimulation
