The focus of my work rests on the central idea that we choose our behaviour and we are responsible for what we do, think, and feel. This led me to design the “Blueprint” model which explores human behaviour and how to create change, because in essence, “Change Begins Within”. This will then assist to shift focus to Choice and Choosing and begin this journey starting with 3 simple little words:
Who am I?

Why are so many young people feeling lost today?
It’s not about parents failing. Parenting is hard — and when things get tough, control often feels like the only option.
But here’s the truth: every parent has the capacity to lead.
Leadership in parenting isn’t about being perfect or naturally gifted — it’s about tapping into the leader already inside you.
Real leadership means:
🔹 Guiding with clarity
🔹 Modeling responsibility
🔹 Building strong connections
When parents step into this kind of leadership, kids feel safer, more confident, and more capable of leading themselves.
Ready to tap into the leader within? I’ll be sharing practical ways to do it through the lens of my Behavioural Blueprint Model.

Help, I’m a Parent! - Learn how your Behavioural Blueprint can transform your parenting.
Here’s the truth: even young children can’t be controlled. Tantrums aren’t misbehaviour — they’re communication. You can’t control your child’s outburst, but you can control your presence, your leadership, and your response. That’s how you raise resilience instead of fear.
In my Behavioural Blueprint model, parenting isn’t about power struggles—it’s about leadership. When we model calm, connection, and clarity, our children follow.
- Want to break free from constant battles and start leading with confidence?

Today is the first day of the rest of your life!
Let that sink in.
WHAT are you going to do about it?
Do you know the one simple shift that can change every relationship you have?
It’s not about changing 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘮 — it’s about changing HOW you show up.
In my 𝗕𝗲𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗕𝗹𝘂𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗻𝘁 model, every interaction you have follows three steps:
WHY – Your needs and motivation
WHAT – Your actions and words
HOW – Your habits of connecting or disconnecting
When you understand your 𝗪𝗛𝗬–𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧–𝗛𝗢𝗪, you take back control of your relationships and create the connections you truly want.
If you’re ready to shift unhelpful patterns and build healthier, more empowering relationships, I can guide you through the process.
Whatever happens in your life — whether it's love, conflict, disconnection, or growth — remember this:
You are 100% responsible for the relationships you create.
Not 50/50. Not when the other person behaves. Not when things are easy.
Every relationship you’re in — with a partner, child, colleague, co-parent — is a reflection of the choices you make:
🔹 What you say
🔹 What you accept
🔹 What you repeat
🔹 What you allow
🔹 How you respond
When you own your part fully, you stop waiting for others to change. You step into your power.
Want better relationships? Start by changing the way you show up in them.
If you’re navigating challenges in your personal or professional relationships — including separation, co-parenting, or emotional conflict — I can help.
Through my integrative approach combining Choice Theory, mediation, and emotional wellness, I support individuals and families to reset, reconnect, and relate in healthier ways.

What felt good about your CHOICES today?
Love this question! Instead of beating ourselves up about what we didn't do, why not celebrate the good calls we made?
Maybe you chose the salad over fries, finally replied to that text, or just took a deep breath instead of snapping at someone. These little wins add up!
When we focus on our good choices, we're way more likely to keep making them.
It's like giving yourself a mental high-five and saying "hey, I got this!"
So what choice made you feel good today?
24/07/2025
It’s a simple question — but it puts you back in the driver’s seat.
We often wait for the day to "go well" or for others to behave a certain way. But what if you chose the mood, the focus, the small joy, or the boundary that could make today feel better?
A good day doesn’t just happen — it’s shaped by the choices we make.
So, what’s one thing you can do today to make it a little lighter, calmer, or more meaningful?

Are you exhausted trying to "balance" everything perfectly?
Work/life balance assumes you're at the mercy of external forces. But you're not.
Through my Behavioural Blueprint method, I help people discover their internal compass - the one that guides authentic choices aligned with who they truly are.
When you operate from this place, "balance" becomes effortless. Because you're not juggling competing demands. You're making conscious choices from your core.
Ready to stop chasing balance and start creating it from within?
Connect with me and let's talk about how this shift could transform your life.

𝗧𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆'𝘀 𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗟𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸:
What story am I telling myself about this situation, and is it helping me move forward?
We are master storytellers - especially when it comes to our own lives. But here's the thing: not all stories serve us.
That narrative running through your head right now? The one about why things happened, what it means about you, or where you're headed?
Pause. Question it.
Is this story empowering you or paralysing you?
Does it open possibilities or close doors?
Are you the hero of your story or the victim?
We are the editor of our own narrative. We can choose stories that move us forward instead of keeping us stuck.
Your story matters. Make sure it's one worth living.
Ready to rewrite the stories that aren't serving you? Let's explore what's possible when you take back the pen.

The focus of my work revolves around self-discovery and healing which led me to design a model which explores human behaviour and how to create change, because in essence, “Change Begins Within” and this journey starts with 3 simple little words: Who am I?
My name is Nadia.
Professionally, I am a qualified Counsellor, Coach and Family & Divorce Mediator.
I have been in this field of work for over a decade and have a passion for guiding individuals back to their authentic self. I ventured on a career change into applied psychology at age 42 when I got divorced after a 20 year relationship, and graduated with a Diploma in Counselling & Communication from the South African College of Applied Psychology (SACAP) in 2009.
I also qualified as a Family & Divorce Mediator, and furthered my knowledge with a Basic Intensive Training in Choice Theory, Reality Therapy and Lead Management (William Glasser International).
Personally, firstly, I am Me. It took me a while to figure what that truly meant, and until anyone does, you will find that your life can be a whole lot more challenging. Knowing Who I truly am took me about 40 years before I could begin this journey of self-discovery. Before that, I was asleep. When I divorced, I was not prepared for the emotional roller coaster which hit me until I woke up from my emotional coma and realised that my life was the result of my choices. I was then catapulted on the most incredible journey where I met Me.
I am also a mother, a bit of a writer, an animal lover, a cook, but also I am someone who has become comfortable with my feelings, clear about what I stand for and able to set healthy boundaries, but most importantly, I have learned to own my mistakes and learn from them, mindfully and realistically.
