Wholesome foods, fresh fruit & veg, early protein and allergen exposure, whole (not refined) grains later on, and less focus on sugar and processed foods.

Whole grains in smaller amounts 🌾
Healthy fats for brain & mental health 🥑

Processed foods no longer belong on the pyramid.
This is a whole-food shift, and it matters for families.
