If abundance is the natural state of the universe, then our work is not only to create it — but to clear what blocks it.

Just as arteries can become clogged in the physical body, our channels of abundance can become restricted in the energetic body. Not by fat or cholesterol, but by negative energy, low-frequency emotions, unhealed wounds, and forces that thrive on contraction and suffering.

For those walking a conscious or spiritual path, this is not a personal failing. It is part of the terrain.

Keeping our energetic channels clear is often the lowest-hanging fruit on the journey back to abundance. When the channels are open, life force moves freely. Support arrives more easily. Exchange becomes natural again.

Once the channels are clear, something else becomes possible.
You can begin to open the taps.
To turn up the volume.
To step into the deeper waters of the river of abundance.

Because abundance is always flowing.

Your experience of flow offers instant feedback. It is a barometer that does not lie. When energy moves smoothly, life reflects that coherence. When it does not, something is asking for attention and healing.

Reading the flow is simple.
Restoring it can be more challenging — but it is a skill that can be learned.

If your work is aligned with Divine Will, you can trust that you will be supported.

But it is also true that when light increases, resistance often appears.

Work that brings in light naturally pushes out darkness

— and that darkness tends to push back.

Often, it pushes back through your finances.

This is why tending to your channels of abundance matters. Not so you can accumulate more, but so you can continue your beautiful work without depletion.

Clear channels allow light to keep moving.
And when light moves freely, abundance follows.

Of all the energies in the energy body, the spiritual body is the most beautiful.

The etheric body anchors us into physical life.
The emotional and mental bodies make us human.
But the spiritual body?
That’s what makes us Divine.

It’s a high-frequency field that sits close to the physical body and flows through your entire non-physical anatomy.
And yet… it’s so often blocked or restricted.

When you maintain, build, and reconnect the spiritual body, everything changes.
It feels expansive.
Clear.
Alive.

And if your spiritual channel has been blocked for a long time, unlocking it is like drinking cold water after a long, hot day in the desert — instant relief and deep nourishment.

There’s a moment before every workshop when the material lands.
When I shift from nervous… to excited.

It always happens right as the group reaches a kind of critical mass—when enough people who resonate with the concept have registered, and the energy starts to take shape.

A workshop begins as a whisper… an outline of what I’m inspired to share.
Then the right people gather, the field strengthens, and I’m called to meditate inside the energy of the day.

And suddenly—it all drops in.
The concept becomes form.
Ideas become plans.
Plans become clear instructions: how each meditation should flow, how every exercise should unfold.

For Sacred Connection, that moment arrived this morning.
The framework I was given received its next layer of consciousness and finally grew a body.

What surprised me most was seeing something I only discovered a few days ago—an aspect of our energetic anatomy that offers the most powerful protection we have—woven directly into the structure of the day.
It’s here to help us hold the Divine Light we’ll embody as we attune deeply to the Energy of God.

Rumi once wrote: “Seek God as a thirsty man seeks water.”

In my darkest times, I felt this deeply. I was in such a dark hole that only God could save me. Looking back, I see that finding God was my way out of the hole.
This has been my guiding light ever since.

As I’ve explored the luminous anatomy — the energetic design of our being — I’ve sought ways to reconnect the energy body to its Creator, systematically undoing the energetic separation.

With each step, I’ve felt a deeper connection to God.

And in the process, I’ve come to understand how separation occurs… and how we heal it.

Our ability to meet our energetic needs is directly linked to the strength of our connection to the Source of energy itself.

Put another way:
our capacity to use Divine energy expands in proportion to our connection with Divine energy.

As that connection grows, life begins to fall into divine order.

When we’re disconnected, we step out of that flow. We fall into incoherence, scarcity, and conflict.

But when we reconnect, we re-enter the network of Divine energy that animates all things — becoming more peaceful, abundant, and harmonious.

Through Divine connection, we begin to recognize the Divine within ourselves — and then, naturally, the Divine in others.

Our energy bodies grow and blossom like flowers turning toward the rising sun.

A flower is created to blossom.

Your time of being a bud is over.

Draw in Divine energy like a thirsty man drinks water —
like a flower soaking up the sun. 🌞
