Last month I co-facilitated my first ever Workshop. It was awesome!!

It was rather strange but quickly became something very easy and enjoyable doing something that is so familiar and sacred to me but with witnesses!.

We received lovely feedback from the women who attended. From " refreshingly fun to they enjoyed the art exploration to their delight in making and taking home their own unique essential oil'.

What do you do when you need nurturing and deep loving hugs...?

I listen to music, drink warm and comforting drinks ( not everyday tea 😂) stay in my slippers, grab a blanket if practical and be alone with my grief.

Today is one of those days and I'm so grateful to be able to all the above in my home, alone with no outside influences or interruptions.

I thought a while before posting this, not wanting to be seen as using the annaversary of my father's passing to ' my benefit ' but have come to peace knowing this page is about growth and love and healing and learning.
It's about being brave and vulnerable and raw and true.

I share it with that intention 🧡

Energetic cord cutting

After my second conscious release within a few days, I have realised that this type of deep work encourages more to be done.

Energetic Cord cutting is a spiritual process whereby you remove attachments that have become unhealthy to your wellbeing. They can be from relationships, places or even an event in the past.

These cords need to be cut when you are feeling like your integrity is being tested, when you feel unsafe thinking about the connection, when it brings you pain or disconnect. When you feel that the connection no longer serves your needs or serves your highest intentions.

It's a beautiful process, loving and respectful to both sides.

It's a peaceful process as you show gratitude for the past and let go to honour YOURSELF.

Its a deeply healing process as you balance and possibly regain your power and your spark.

These profoundly deep and spiritual releases need to be held in love, positive intention and respect.

I'm taking some time out to sit in the beautiful and warm sunshine to catch up on some much needed me time and reading.

is such a well known name and with book having been published in the dark ages of 1984....( I was a bitty little teen) Her name and teachings have been around for a long time.

I was interested to see that the testimonial on the back cover was written by who wrote the forward of my favourite reference book by written years later in 2010. By all means, a generation later. Both books are filled with wisdom and personal experiences of the healers.

Add a cuppa herbal tea, some grapes, cheese and pickles and I'm set for the next hour....

This I feel deep in my being.

For me , it's when you slow your breath and possibly even narrow your eye lids.

It's a great thing to practice when you are in a noisy space. If , like me, you don't like noisy spaces and can get overwhelmed by all the sensory input - gently turn your attention to your breath and go inside to your safe place.

The end of year and new year often brings an increase in interest from potential clients as they possibly start to evaluate their year and look forward to new possibilities.

I'd like to invite you to what coaches call a clarity call or an opportunity to simply share and be able to ask questions.

Deep healing work is very vulnerable and to journey it therapeutically with regular sessions, like you would with a talk therapist, is very much encouraged and recommended.

To feel safe in this space, it is essential that you as the client feel safe with whom you are working with. Having a chat before you commit is a great way to see if we could be a fit.

Home♡

GOOOOOOOD MORNING!

I know its been SO long and I do appologise.... profusely!!😊

My life seems to be on a fast track evolution and sometimes - I just can't keep up!!

There are aspects of my life that I'm still working on from ten years ago when my life fell on its head with my divorce from my childrens father, from a very talented man and very complex man.

Then there are aspects of my life right now that feel like a treadmill - these follow into the near future too where I navigate my current life with my beautiful man and life partner as well as navigating the challenges and joys of young adult children.

During all this, I continue to stretch and grow myself - for this is what feeds me and keeps me motivated and inspires me to live my best life.

And....its Monday😂....need I say more?.

When you have young clients and you want to find out how they are feeling....you help them sort out their soccer files🤩

I really enjoy working with kids and love seeing how well they respond to the quiet and stillness of a healing session.

This young man has been struggling with going to school. We've been having bi monthly sessions for a few months now, he asks his mom to book me🤗
