Join us for a walk in the forest as we kick off the first event in our “Let’s Move” Series.

Maryam from has worked out a scenic route and we’ll end off with some gentle stretching led by Nabielah

Time: 6.45am for 7am start
Venue: Newlands Forest (meet us at the coffee truck)

We will do a 90min loop, suitable for all fitness levels (yes, even those who haven’t been in the forest before).
