🌟 Understanding Multiple Sclerosis (MS) and the Benefits of Reflexology + Massage Therapy 🌟

Multiple Sclerosis (MS) is a chronic autoimmune disease that affects the brain and spinal cord. In MS, the insulating covers (myelin) of nerve cells in the brain and spinal cord are damaged, disrupting signal transmission.

Symptoms include: Fatigue, difficulty walking, vision problems (such as blurred vision), bladder control issues, numbness or tingling, muscle stiffness and spasms, balance and coordination problems and cognitive difficulties.

Recent research has shown that non-invasive therapies like massage can help manage these symptoms. A systematic review of 12 studies found that fatigue improves with reflexology and massage. Pain, anxiety, and depression are effectively reduced by reflexology. Muscle stiffness decreases with reflexology and massage.

Reflexology and massage therapy can be a valuable complementary treatment for those with MS, providing benefits in conjunction with conventional medicine.

Looking over quality & price of the different brands, I can’t recommend .sa enough. l know not everyone like the smell of , but if you can “look” past that, did you know this is one of the few oils you can apply neat to your skin. (Do dilute in a carrier oil though using 1 drops to 5 drops carrier)
