The House of Grace

The House of Grace Based in Simons Town and carefully created to provide support as one transitions from one phase in life to another.

We offer sessions online and in oerson and 10 day - 3 month live in program that includes alternate, integrative, restorative practices An enchanting Manor house built in 1853 loved back to life since 2015 would love for you to share the grace that each day has to offer. The house is home to the oldest chapel in Simons Town that has been used for many sacred ceremonies and even small weddings in the past, we would like to invite you to invest in your spiritual, emotional, mental and physical well-being with us. Each room has been individually adorned with much love, care and attention. They each hold a special story, which will be shared with you in due course. Our garden has been the space for both sacred gatherings and quiet solo meditation or simple gazing into the stars on a suitable night/early morning. Allow our Norwegian Forest cat, Jasper or our American Akita, Koda to give you a tour. As with any home that's been standing for almost 170 years, there's always a few little things to be done, we have traded perfectionism for a healthy self esteem and choose to build our spirits instead of perfect the outside world or our environment. Enjoy our care and attention and share your nights with us at the house, allow the lady of the manor to practice kinesiology, Family Constellation Work, 20 years of coaching and face and body treatments based in science with a nurturing of the spirit with you. Enjoy daily meditation, intuitive yoga, healthy delicious food, designed just for you, Icy oceans swims and inner child work and play, all a wonderful place to reintegrate with other like-minded people while restoring your spirit, mind, heart and soul, we have been expecting you and look forward to walking your journey with you in love and kindness.
